Do I have to have a clear project in mind?

My favorite and perhaps most impactful time with founders has been a ‘bring me your problems’ model, rather than a ‘bring me a project’ model.

I’m a resourceful problem solver who’s worked across industries, on many businesses at many stages. I have a breadth of experience which we’ll tap into to help you succeed. Let’s grab an hour and talk about whatever you need help with at that moment. If you have a project you need help with, we can get hands-on, too.

What if I don’t know what I need?

We’ll use our initial discussion to discover if there’s a fit. If you don’t know what you need, but just feel like you need help, we’ll talk about where you’re at and what might work. But I never want to push for a fit. It’ll either be valuable, or it won’t be. Neither of us should waste our time if it’s not a fit.

How does billing work?

I offer different relationship structures to fit your needs. Whether you prefer by the hour support, a monthly fractional relationship, or you have a single short-term project in mind, I’m flexible to match your needs and stage.
